Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable nature of floral products and the custom nature of our arrangements, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled event date to be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation made at least 7 days before the event date (partial refund may apply)
  • Significant quality issues with delivered arrangements (must be reported within 24 hours)
  • Failure to deliver as agreed (subject to investigation)

All refund requests are subject to review and approval. Processing fees may apply.

Quality Issues

If you experience any quality issues with your floral arrangements, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement arrangements or appropriate compensation.

Custom Orders

Custom floral arrangements are created specifically for your event and cannot be returned. Cancellation terms for custom orders will be clearly stated in your order agreement.
